Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 1-2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 20 pounds.
Pet deposit is $300 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.
Birds must be caged at all times.
Pet must be at least 1 year old.
No pet offspring allowed.
